GEOFFREY JORDAN

Geoffrey Jordan deals with property development and planning issues associated with land assembly. 

Geoffrey is a solicitor and Associate of the RTPI.

Before joining Jordans in 2017, he worked in a top 50 legal firm for upwards of 35 years, including 24 years as an equity partner. He deals with property development and the issues associated with land assembly.

This normally involves dealing with land promotion agreements, landowner collaboration agreements, option agreements, sale and purchase agreements conditional on the grant of planning permission, and overage or clawback agreements triggered by the grant of planning permission.

He has spoken on a number of occasions at renewables industry conferences on both solar and hydro property development.
 

Geoffrey is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
