CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: Advice for visitors to Jordans Solicitors

Updated 3 November 2020

Following the latest government announcement, and at the time of writing, here at Jordans Solicitors we are continuing to stay open and offer our full range of services.

With the continued spread of coronavirus, keeping our colleagues and visitors safe is our top priority.

As the impact of COVID-19 is being felt by people around the world we are doing everything we can to ensure that we continue to provide you with the advice and service that you need whilst prioritising the health of our employees and their families.

At this stage we are continuing to carry on as normal at Jordans Solicitors. Emails and mobile phones will be responded to as normal. We are reviewing the situation daily and will let clients know immediately by telephone or email if that position changes. In any event, we will give regular updates on our web site as the situation changes.

We understand that you will also want to protect the welfare of your colleagues and family by reducing your physical contact with people so we are able to offer the following alternatives:

  • Call us on 01242 386700

  • Email us by clicking on the email links on each page of our website or email anne@jordans.legal

  • Talk to us via one of the online video services such as, Skype or Facetime (the person you want to talk to will tell you how)

In line with government advice we are limiting social contact and will ask that you work with us via one of these means where possible.

Where possible, meetings are being held via telephone, Zoom or Teams, but if a face-to-face meeting proves necessary, we would ask clients and visitors to use the hand sanitiser provided upon entering the premises.

If you are planning to visit Jordans Solicitors and in the last 14 days, you have:

  • travelled to any of these high risk locations

  • been in close contact with people who have visited those locations, or

  • been in close contact with anyone who has or is suspected to have coronavirus

please follow the government advice and do not come into the office.

We encourage all visitors to follow the NHS advice to help prevent the spread of the virus.

If you have any questions, please contact anne@jordans.legal

Jordans Solicitors are dedicated to the provision of legal services to our clients, and the team here is doing whatever it takes to ensure that you get the service and advice you have come to expect from us, even in these challenging times.

If you have any difficulties at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us directly.
